- This song as well as Me And My Girls are the only released songs from the Better Together Era to not be included on any of their other projects.
- Despite being officially released on the Target version of the EP, the song can be uploaded on Soundcloud without it being taken down[1].
- One Wish is the only released song (excluding Acoustics, Remixes and Juntos tracks) from the Better Together era that did not make it to the Japanese Deluxe Edition of Reflection.
