"Boyfriend" aka "Boyfriend, Boyfriend," is an unreleased song by Fifth Harmony that was recorded for their debut studio album, Reflection.

Background[]

In 2014, Fifth Harmony recorded three songs (to our knowledge) with Grammy-nominated producer, Hitmaka. These tracks were Who Can I Run To?, What More, & Boyfriend. All three tracks were cut from the album, but Hitmaka shared snippets of the writer demos for every track in 2014, and later, in 2017, played a snippet of the girls version on snapchat.

Hitmaka via a tweet in 2014 confirmed that Tayla Parx and Johan Jones Wetterberg (@jonesmusiq) are involved in the song.[2]

In December 2015 when Dinah's iCloud was hacked, the song appeared on a alleged Reflection tracklist as track 10 and the title was "Boyfriend, Boyfriend".[3]

In 2017, Hitmaka played some snippets of the song alongside the writers demo of 'Who Can I Run To?' (via Snapchat), in one of the videos you can see that the song is 3:53 long. But nothing had been done or released yet. [4]
